These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mudmixerrentals.com (the "Site") operated by Mud Mixer Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.

Quotes and estimates

Online quotes, the rental calculator, and form submissions provide estimates only — not a binding rental contract. Final pricing, availability, delivery fees, taxes, and rental terms are confirmed after we review your request and may differ from the online estimate.

Estimates may change based on rental length, delivery distance, equipment availability, site access, and other factors discovered during booking.

Availability calendar

The availability calendar on the Site shows dates that are generally available or unavailable. Displayed availability is informational and does not guarantee a reservation until we confirm your booking in writing or by direct communication.

Equipment rentals

Mud Mixer Rentals offers portable mud mixer equipment for daily and weekly rental, with optional job-site delivery. Rental rates, delivery fees, minimum rental periods, and service areas are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Renters are responsible for proper use of equipment, compliance with applicable laws, and returning units in acceptable condition according to the rental agreement provided at booking.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party tools for lead management, optional analytics, and typography, including Mautic (demand.revglobalinc.com) and Google Fonts. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use these tools.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and design, is owned by Mud Mixer Rentals or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any online estimates are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mud Mixer Rentals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on online estimates or availability information.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mud Mixer Rentals from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law.
